3.1) Hearing to consider a request for Site Plan Design Review and Vesting Tentative Tract Map to develop the northeast corner of Portola Avenue and Collier Canyon Road. The development includes 299 total units, consisting of 89 for-sale condominium units and 210 for-rent apartments. The project includes 60 affordable units, 51 accessible units. All residential buildings would be three-story. The applicant has submitted for a density bonus under Government Code section 65915.
