1.1) Conference with Real Property Negotiator. To meet with Brandon Cardwell and Benedict Stuth, the City’s negotiators pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, regarding the airport restaurant lease agreement approved on April 9, 2018, for a portion of the property located at 680 Terminal Circle, Livermore, California. The City negotiators may negotiate with Harmail Chatha on behalf of SAAB13, LLC. The instructions will concern the terms and conditions of the agreement and whether any changes should be made to the lease.
1.2) Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation. To meet with legal counsel pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(d)(4) to decide whether to initiate litigation based on existing facts and circumstances. (One case)

5.4) Resolution adding 2024 Storm Damage Citywide Emergency & Protective Measures Project 2024-27 to the 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Plan, authorizing supplemental appropriations of General Fund Capital Reserves to 2024 Storm Damage Citywide Emergency & Protective Measure Project 2024-27, in the amount of $300,000 to Fiscal Year 2023-24 and $200,000 to Fiscal Year 2024-25, and executing agreements with Cazadoro Engineering, ETIC Engineering, Hanford Applied Restoration, and Triangle Properties, Inc. to provide on-call services to assist with the Livermore Stream Maintenance Program and emergency storm damage repairs through December 31, 2025, in amounts not-to-exceed $600,000 each.
