5.2) THIS PREVIOUSLY NOTICED ITEM HAS BEEN CONTINUED TO THE OCTOBER 17, 2023 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING. Hearing to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit to authorize a small scale hazardous waste transfer and storage facility. The site will be used primarily as a transfer station. Hazardous waste will be stored in sealed containers. No waste will be treated on-site. The facility will be operated by a State Certified Hazardous Waste Transporter. The Conditional Use Permit will be valid for a limited term of eight years. 

6) MATTERS FOR CONSIDERATION

6.1) Consistency Determination (CD) 23-004 to determine that the vacation of public right-of-way and retaining the rights to the existing public utility easement located at Las Positas Road and Bennett Drive, is consistent with Livermore's General Plan.
