Hearing to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit to authorize a small scale hazardous waste transfer and storage facility. The site will be used primarily as a transfer station. Hazardous waste will be stored in sealed containers. No waste will be treated on-site. The facility will be operated by a State Certified Hazardous Waste Transporter. The Conditional Use Permit will be valid for a limited term of eight years.
