6.2) Resolution authorizing execution of a first amendment to the agreement with DC Electric Group, Inc. for on call streetlight and traffic signal maintenance and repair services, increasing the total not-to-exceed amount from $700,000 to $1,500,000 and extending the term of the agreement two additional years to June 30, 2028.
