6.1) Hearing to consider a request to change the street name on a portion of East Vallecitos Road. The new name will be East Vineyard Avenue. New street numbers and the new street name will be issued to four parcels for the purpose of improving emergency response time and delivery service to those residents along the portion of the subject street.
