5.1) Resolution authorizing execution of a first amendment to the agreement with Pangea Environmental Services, Inc. for additional environmental support services for remediation activities associated with Livermore Village Remediation Project 2021-18, increasing the not-to-exceed contract amount from $1,165,000 to $1,716,500 and extending the term to December 31, 2028.
