4.1) THE PREVIOUSLY NOTICED ITEM HAS BEEN CONTINUED TO THE DECEMBER 3, 2024 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING. Review of Site Plan Design Review to redevelop the 85-acre former Springtown Golf Course with recreational, conservation and scenic uses consistent with the provisions of Measure FF approved by the Livermore voters in 2016. The proposed project consists of a community park at the southern end of the project site consisting of a playground, picnic area, shade structures, restrooms and community garden, with the addition of four pickleball courts/two tennis courts, a half-basketball court, and an 18-hole disc golf course at the north end of the project site, the existing Marlin Pound Neighborhood Park.

5.1) Hearing to consider a request to change the street name on a portion of East Vallecitos Road. The new name will be East Vineyard Avenue. New street numbers and the new street name will be issued to five parcels for the purpose of improving emergency response time and delivery service to those residents along the portion of the subject street.
