5.1) THIS ITEM HAS BEEN CONTINUED FROM THE OCTOBER 3, 2023 AND OCTOBER 17, 2023 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AND WILL BE RENOTICED AT A FUTURE MEETING. Hearing to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit to authorize a hazardous waste transfer facility. The site will be used primarily as a transfer station. Hazardous waste will be stored in sealed containers. No waste will be treated on-site. The facility will be operated by a State Certified Hazardous Waste Transporter. The Conditional Use Permit will be valid for a limited term of eight years. 

5.2) Hearing to consider a request to authorize a Conditional Use Permit to allow an approximately 2,800 square-foot veterinary clinic within an existing building in the Well at Sunset center, located at the northeast corner of Concannon Boulevard and Holmes Street.

5.3) Hearing to consider a request to authorize a Conditional Use Permit to allow an approximately 1,960 square-foot animal hospital within an existing building in the Las Positas Shopping Center, located at the southeast corner of Las Positas Road and North Livermore Avenue.
