5.2) Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a first amendment to the agreement with ICF Jones and Stokes Inc, for the Livermore Habitat Conservation Plan, increasing the not-to-exceed agreement amount to $699,927.

5.4) Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement with Western Roofing to replace the Green House #3 roof at the Water Resources Plant (WRP) in an amount not-to-exceed $359,724 and authorizing an appropriation of $359,724 from the Water Resources Replacement Fund (239) to fund the roof replacement.
