4) CONSENT CALENDAR

4.1) Approval of draft minutes - September 14, 2020 City Council Regular Meeting.  

4.2) Introduction of an ordinance amending Livermore Municipal Code Section 15.02.020 of Title 15, Building and Construction, Chapter 15.02, by adopting by reference the 2019 California Building Code, Matrix Adoption Table, Appendix O – Emergency Housing

4.3) Resolution authorizing the execution of a lease agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC for the construction and maintenance of a wireless telecommunications facility on Livermore Airport property. 

4.4) Resolution accepting $1,250,000 from the Alameda County Non-Housing Residual Property Taxes, authorizing the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment with CrossWinds Church, and disbursing the funds to CrossWinds Church for 28 temporary housing units for unsheltered residents with on-site services located at CrossWinds Church.
