6.2) Hearing to consider proposed revisions to the Republic Square development, an approved commercial development on an approximately 23.1-acre site east of Livermore Premium Outlets. The project seeks approval to replace an approved 50,000 square foot retail building and some associated parking with three buildings. The proposed buildings consist of two drive-through restaurants, measuring approximately 4,350 and 4,800 square feet, and a retail building with approximately 10,130 square feet of floor area. The proposed site plan incorporates the two proposed drive-through lanes, landscape and site amenities, and reconfigured parking and access lanes. A proposed Parcel Map Waiver will subdivide an existing approximately 5.1-acre parcel into three parcels.
