The project seeks approval to replace an approved 50,000 square foot retail building and some associated parking with three buildings. The proposed buildings consist of two drive-through restaurants, measuring approximately 4,350 and 4,800 square feet, and a retail building with approximately 10,130 square feet of floor area. The proposed site plan incorporates the two proposed drive-through lanes, landscape and site amenities, and reconfigured parking and access lanes. A proposed Parcel Map Waiver will subdivide an existing approximately 5.1-acre parcel into three parcels.
