6.6) Resolution authorizing an appropriation of $560,000 in FY24 Safe Streets and Roads for All grant funding from the Federal Highway Administration to the Engineering Operating Budget and authorizing execution of a first amendment to the professional services agreement with TJKM Transportation Consultants (TJKM), increasing the not-to-exceed amount from $200,000 to $360,000 and extending the termination date from June 30, 2026, to December 31, 2027.
