5.5) Resolution adding Las Positas Golf Course Clubhouse Parking Lot Drainage Improvements Project 2025-25 to the 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Plan, authorizing an allocation of funds in FY 2024-25, and authorizing execution of a second amendment to the on-call agreement with Schaaf & Wheeler Consulting Engineers for engineering design services for storm damage repair and flood protection projects, increasing the not-to-exceed agreement amount from $1,000,000 to $2,000,000, and extending the term of the agreement to December 31, 2030.
