5.5) Resolution authorizing execution of a second amendment to the agreement with Chrisp Company to continue providing on-call pavement striping and traffic sign installation services, increasing the not-to-exceed agreement amount from $200,000 to $400,000 and extending the term of the agreement from May 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027.
