5.4) Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a fourth amendment to the agreement with Swaim Biological, Inc. for on-call environmental support services, for the City's Stream Maintenance Program and other projects, until December 31, 2025, increasing the not-to-exceed agreement amount from $1,200,000 to $1,450,000.
