5.6) Resolution authorizing the execution of a first amendment to the agreement with Gary D. Nelson Associates, Inc., dba Nelson Connects for temporary accounting services increasing the total compensation by $110,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $200,000, extending the term of the agreement through July 2024.
