After the Census count political district line are redrawn to rebalance the population change, and this year new regulations are in effect for the first time. With the Census data delay actual drawing of maps have to wait, but outreach and education of residents have no reason to wait. Each city with districts should have website to inform its residents what this year's redistricting look like, and email address to receive residents' input now.
