I am an active Volunteer at Hindu Cultural Community Center and also a Livermore resident since 2018. I was living in Fremont and the main purpose of moving to Livermore is to stay close to HCCC. HCCC always supports people and provides various services. Being part of this community helps all ages from Children to Adult . The community has an extensive state-of-the-art library housing authoritative books and audio-visual media on Vedic literature, religion and Indian history. HCCC also conduct regular youth workshops that inspire the youth by increasing their awareness.

The community have been following all the city regulations and I strongly support all 4 proposals to be approved.

I am a Livermore resident and volunteer at Hindu Cultural Community Center since 2004. HCCC is a very strong community and provides various services and support to a diverse group of people around it. Being part of this community gives us a sense of belonging together. HCCC is a big part of our family and the main reason for us to move and stay in Livermore since 2004. HCCC provides various services and encourages participation from all members of the family from children to adults. It provides free religious and non-religious classes like leadership training, STEM etc. to every group. I do support all of the four request because It is very imperative that this community needs to grow, sustain, support and improve the social well-being of people.

I am resident of Livermore past 20 years. HCCC is very active in Community Outreach. Provides yearly Grant-in-Aid to Charities, Medical advisory Services, Health Fairs, Scholarships to Livermore High Schools, Senior Programs, Yoga and Meditation Classes, Disaster relief support and Livermore Rodeo. 6AM opening will help provide religious services for a number of devotees. This should NOT impact neighbors in any ways. Increasing midnight permissions to nine as each of these are managed by volunteers and ensures guidelines are followed.
Testimonial from Livermore Ex-Mayor John Marchand when HCCC donated to Local Communities during Covid in 2020. "Thank you for the wonderful kindness and generosity of the devotees of the Shiva Vishnu Temple to those who are in need in these very difficult times. I have said many times that those attributes continue in the DNA of our community and all of you are living proof of that."
I strongly support all the four requests submitted for approval.

I live in Livermore and support HCCC. They have been operating abiding all the rules and regulations of the city without disturbing the neighborhood (all the functions are celebrated with minimal noise and people won’t even know that a celebration is going on) and attracting lot of people during festive seasons and thus creating an opportunity to improve the local businesses in and around spring town. I support all the 4 proposals

I am resident of Livermore past 21 years. A volunteer of HCCC. We have always been very mindful of the neighbors and kept the operations of temple abiding by all conditions from Livermore city. Big events conducted always have notifications sent to neighbors.
I am follower of hindu religion and having this community and cultural center here in Livermore is a blessing. When my neighbors for about 20 years sold their houses they said that there were many indians who came to buy ,said since the house is in Livermore and close to temple they are very interested. The temple sure adds to the business in Livermore.
I support all 4 proposals and request this to be approved.

I live in Livermore, CA. My family and I moved from Colorado to Livermore to live closer to our Hindu roots and what better way than living next to the Livermore HCCC. The HCCC organization has been very cordial with its neighbors living by the ancient Hindu verse "Vasudeva Kutumbam" (The world is one family) and "Loka Samastha Sukino Bhavanthu" (may all beings be happy and free).

I have no qualms in wholeheartedly supporting these requests from Livermore HCCC.

I live in Livermore, CA. The Main reason for Me and my friends/relatives for buying house here in Livermore is, Livermore HCCC. This organization helps people maintain their connections with Ancient Hindu traditions and this organization helps us to be a bridge to supports local community by the ancient Hindu verse "Vasudeva Kudumbhakam" and "Loka Samastha Sukino Bhavanthu".

I totally support these requests from Livermore HCCC. Livermore HCCC is one of the top 10 famous temple across USA. Due to this our temple attract more visitors to temple. This will help local business. "The Hindu Temple Society of North America" of Flushing, NY is another famous temple, Flushing City allows even car festival celebrated in local streets, and much more thus it has enabled to increase the local tourism and local business in Flushing NY. I request our Livermore city to enable Livermore HCCC to follow ancient Hindu traditions and thus enabling them to maintain/improve the current famous position.
