1.2) Conference with Real Property Negotiators. To meet with Andy Ross, Principal Planner, Brandon Cardwell, Economic Development Director, and Brent Smith, Community Development Director, the City's negotiators, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, regarding the potential acquisition of real property including, the following Assessor Parcel Nos. identified as: 099A-1610-001-09, 099A-2300-004-04, 099A-2300-004-06, 099A-2310-003-01, 099A-2310-004-00, 099A-2310-005-01, 099A-2310-005-02. The acquisition is intended to be part of the City's Open Space Conservation Program, which works with willing property owners to acquire land for open space, habitat and watershed protection, and non-motorized passive recreational opportunities. The City's negotiators may negotiate with Matthew Ford, Esq., Danniel Sachau, and Karl Wente, Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of Wente Bros. (dba Wente Family Vineyards/Wente Family Estates), Vice President and Vice Chairman of the Board of Wente Land & Cattle Company, and Operating Manager for Sachau LLC. The instructions to the City's negotiators will concern price and terms of payment.
