6.7) Resolution authorizing execution of agreements with BSK Associates, in an amount not-to-exceed $1,000,000, Twining, Inc., in an amount not-to-exceed $800,000, and with Consolidated Engineering Laboratories, in an amount not-to-exceed $600,000 to provide on-call professional geotechnical engineering, materials testing, special inspections, and construction inspection and administration services with terms ending December 31, 2031.
