It is not reasonable to consider the construction of the proposed small dwellings in anyway similar to the originally approved country hotel. The new proposal is out of character for the South Livermore Valley Plan, the local neighborhood, and I am unaware of anyone that lives in the area that supports this approval.

The nature of this change of use from the original design requires a full reevaluation of the environmental studies. The nature of use will significantly impact traffic at a major junction, pedestrian and bike paths that are highly used throughout the day.

There are no acceptable proposed mitigation for increase traffic, noise, and long term residential use of these properties that could be termed permanent residence.

I would request this is reevaluated, and reverted to the original plan (country hotel) before there is a need for residents to mobilize formally to challenge this decision.
